The ELITE Volleyball Club was formed in 2007 by Brian Thomason. The sole purpose of this club is to focus on a select few club teams each season and bring these players and teams to an ELITE level of performance both on and off the court. The season we are anticipating having four club teams. We will have a 12 and under team; a 13's team; a 14's team; and a 16 and under team. We anticipate the 14's team being a power league team. However, we will not make a commitment towards area or power with any of the teams until our rosters are finalized. If a team should be a power league participant we will limit team overnight travel to no more than four tournaments. The primary philosophy of our club is to place special emphasis on the development of the players and the team during each practice. The primary objective of each practice session is to attain as many quality contacts as possible for each player. At ELITE we strive to develop the person first, the athlete second. Therefore, we stress importance on sportsmanship and team support during practice and competition.
The club dues is anticipated to be in a range from $1500 to $1850. This is well below the majority of the other clubs in the bay area!
